Heald Frames

The offered Heald Frames are also called heddle frame or harness frame. It is an important part of weaving loom. The structure of heald frame is composed of upper cross beam, lower cross beam, two side stays, heddle rod, rod holder and guide board. The frame is rectangular in shape and supported well by a set of thin wires known as healds or heddles. The heald enables the yarn to be raised or lowered during weaving to create a shed. The Heald Frames are now available in metal finish and can be used for weaving in Airjet looms, rapier looms, shuttle looms etc.
